“Through my study at BIBS, I have expanded my international vision, enhanced my professional knowledge, and improved my leadership skills.”
BIBS offers courses related to cross-cultural management, economic management, sustainable supply chain, big data marketing, financial management, ethical organizational behavior and so on. The BBA broadened my international business vision and provided me with new ideas for managing overseas business and financial work. In particular, the cross-cultural management class helped us understand the cultural differences of different countries. This class lead us to fully take into account the different cultural backgrounds in the formulation of employee compensation system and reward and punishment incentive system, and to reasonably modify some terms in business negotiations. Learning financial management, I acquired new knowledge in international financial issues such as the impact of currency exchange rate changes on the balance of payments in international national currency settlement. I was impressed by the course learning of organizational behavior. The professor vividly explained personality, demand theory, and how to develop a leadership style with character as the core. She cited Zeng Guofan’s leadership principle of «treating subordinates sincerely and helping them to develop kindness, forgiveness, balance and justice». As a manager, I learned how to know people well, use talents wisely, improve interpersonal relationships, and enhance the cohesion and centripetal force of the team. Through my study at BIBS, I have expanded my international vision, enhanced my professional knowledge, and improved my leadership skills. I recommend everyone to study at BIBS.
